I discovered photography with the introduction of digital cameras, quickly fell in love with it and am largely self-taught.

From a young age I spent my time drawing, painting and learning to see beauty in the unexpected. Now I find joy wandering with my camera and discovering what I call found art: the patina of weathered walls, the intricacy of the bark on trees and the abstract designs found in architecture.

I’ve always loved flowers and the unique beauty of Australian native flowers is one of my favourite subjects. I capture them to show both their strength and their fragility which makes them perfectly adapted to our harsh climate.

These subjects inspire my fine art prints which are available exclusively on my online shop.

I live in an old weatherboard house with beautiful natural light in Balmain which I share with my cat, Tilly. It’s here that I photograph the flowers I buy during early morning visits to the flower markets.
